The Hindu has published a critical update regarding activist Sonam Wangchuk, who is currently hospitalized but refusing treatment. According to Gitanjali Angmo, Wangchuk has laid down a clear condition to end his fast.
He will only accept medical treatment and end his hunger strike if the ongoing Monsoon Session of Parliament immediately pivots to focus entirely on educational accountability and the NEET exam leaks.
