# Delhi Police Deny Permission for CJP's Parliament March

New Delhi: In a major blow to the protesting youth, the Delhi Police has officially denied permission for the Cockroach Janta Party's highly anticipated "Demand for PM's Resignation" march.

Authorities cited a lack of formal application in advance and the enforcement of Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), which restricts unauthorized gatherings in the New Delhi district.

Prohibitory Orders Enforced

"Protests are strictly restricted to the designated area at Jantar Mantar. Any attempt to march towards the Parliament without permission will be met with strict legal action," a senior police official stated.

Heavy barricading and a three-tier security arrangement, including paramilitary forces, have been deployed to ensure no protesters breach the perimeter.

The Show Goes On

Despite the denial of permission, CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke and his supporters remain defiant.

"We do not need permission to demand our fundamental rights. The march will happen. If they stop us, we will sit where they stop us and continue our protest peacefully," Dipke announced to a roaring crowd at Jantar Mantar.

The standoff between the determined youth and the authorities has set the stage for a tense showdown in the heart of the capital.
