New Delhi: In an unprecedented escalation, thousands of Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) protesters have successfully breached multiple security perimeters and reached the historic Sansad Marg (Parliament Street).

The 'Demand for PM's Resignation' march, which the Delhi Police had attempted to block with multi-tier barricading and Section 144, has turned into a massive showdown between the state's security apparatus and defiant students.

As the frontline of the protest approached the final security cordon near the Parliament building, the Delhi Police launched a severe lathi-charge to push the crowds back. Eyewitnesses report that tear gas shells are being fired continuously, turning the area into a warzone. Plumes of smoke can be seen rising near the Press Club of India and Parliament House.

"We Will Not Go Back"

Despite the use of force, the protesters are refusing to retreat. Human chains have been formed by students to protect those who have fallen or been injured by the batons.

"They are hitting unarmed students with lathis, but we will not go back! The government has to answer us today!" shouted a young protester, bleeding from a head injury, on a live broadcast that is currently being watched by hundreds of thousands online.

Emergency medical camps set up by CJP volunteers are overwhelmed, and several students have been rushed to nearby hospitals. The situation remains highly volatile, and the entire capital is on edge as the youth of India demands accountability.
