Tensions flared at Jantar Mantar when Barkha Trehan, a well-known men's rights activist and chairperson of Purush Aayog, threw ink at Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke.

The incident occurred while Dipke was addressing supporters during his ongoing hunger strike. Trehan was immediately detained by Delhi Police personnel present at the site.

While Trehan's exact motivations for the attack remain unclear, the incident has drawn sharp condemnation from CJP supporters, who view it as an attempt to derail their peaceful movement. Dipke, undeterred by the attack, wiped his face and continued his address, stating that "ink cannot erase the truth of our demands."
