Amit Shah Issues Stern Warning to Protesters: "Law and Order Will Be Maintained at All Costs"
Home Minister Amit Shah has issued a stern warning regarding the CJP parliament march, stating that while peaceful protest is a right, lawlessness will not be tolerated.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah has taken a hardline stance against the escalating Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) protests in the capital. As thousands of students breach police barricades during the 'Demand for PM's Resignation' march, Shah emphasized that law and order would not be compromised.
"We respect the democratic right to peaceful protest, but what we are witnessing today is an attempt to create anarchy in the capital," Shah said in a press briefing. "The deployment of security forces is necessary to protect public property and ensure the safety of all citizens."
The Home Minister's remarks have been heavily criticized by opposition leaders, who accuse the government of using disproportionate force against peaceful students.
